With the calendar addition to the Ranger Database you enter all your data in one calendar program and then you can print off a ALL Events or just home, outpost etc. I have had several parents that just wanted local outpost participation events on a calendar. With a click of button or two..you can show them just the ones they need to attend. Then using the same data click on button again and it shows All the events that are relevant to me as a Sectional Commander. It's really a pretty sweet setup. A Dist Commander on down can give this program out to every outpost. It will have all the Royal Rangers in the District with their RR information in it, training, picture etc and a calendar that has all our Dist. - Section Events and they can build off of that for their planning. In the same program they track all their outpost records as well. It cost about .50 cents to burn a copy and give it out. What are you using to organize Home - Outpost - - - - National Events?
