We would use it to keep tabs on Distinct events as well as Sectional, then if everything works right the outposts could in turn add their own events.   With my Calendar program I can already export the dates & events in a Excel format, but I'm really looking for something where they can see a actual monthly calendar.   And if they can work with it, so much the better.   I was able to pick up a bunch of CD-R's pretty cheap and some cases as well, so you are real close on the cost.    As soon as I have some time I plan to look into a offer I saw for web sites for NADA - NOTHING for year or two & if you want to continue, it's relatively inexpensive.  I have seen and heard of similar offers, then they drop the OTHER shoe.....if you catch my drift.   Jim Hufferd
