Fellows, Im not sure of all of the conversation but as I know it certian ex felons can regain their right to firearms ownership. There is a legal process they can go thru to have their civil rights restored. It takes time and costs a lot of money but they can do it. It is eaisere for someone who has a "white Collor" conviction to do so. TAhe person would need to check with his lawer.   Merry Christmas to all Jerry Flory
