Keith,
                    Your right Rangers probally majority do work more with the Yth, 
then Yth want to work with us.  I hope that Yth and Rangers and Missionettes can work 
as one.  However some Pastor as a brother told me, that they were raised when your 12. 
 You post to be in Yth.  However let's let the kids make the decision.  I know some 
boys aren't fit for Rangers and they should be in Yth then Rangers.  Some boys are 
better in Rangers then Yth.
