I am sure I don't fully understand what is going on here.  Are you saying 
that the church staff including the Pastor will not permit Rangers beyond age 
11 even if you had a Trailblazer commander.  If this is so, then I think I 
know what the answer is.  If the parents of such boys went to their pastor 
and told them how unhappy they are about this church policy and were 
considering moving to another church that is more Ranger friendly then I 
think some minds would change.  I know how important it is to minister to all 
the boys and if this was my son and church had such a policy I would be 
looking.
