I'd like for y'all to put me in your prayers. Three months ago, I seriously
injured my lower back on the job. I haven't worked since. Today, I was
told 2 things: 1) I have advanced arthritis in more than one area, and 2)
I will probably have to undergo surgery on 1 or 2 discs to remove them. The
surgeon could not believe he was looking at the back of a 29 year old.
Also, next Tuesday, I have to have a facet block done. This is where a
doctor puts a needle directly into my spine for an injection of a
painkiller. This is simply a quick fix, not a solution.
Pray not only for me, but for all the doctors, nurses, etc.... who are
around me. Pray for divine guidance for all of us. All I ask is that the
Master's will is done. (I just wish it wasn't so painful in the process.)
Also, pray for my wife and son, as they are both going through a rough time
with this. Pray for my representatives from workers' comp - so far they've
been good to me, and I'd like to keep it that way.
