I just received the following request from one of our Sectional Commanders:

One of our Pioneer Commanders (Donny Osteen) and one of my best friends
sister is 24. Her name is Dana Osteen. She was diagnosed with a tumor
in her brain last week and on Friday she underwent "routine" surgery
to remove it. The tumor turned out to be malignant and much worse than
expected. Instead of being home within 3 days, she went into a coma
and has not awakened. Last night the parents were asked to make some
decision on removing her breathing tube. She is breathing on her own,
but the tube helps to open the airway and allows them to clean the airway
routinely. The tumor was something like a "jelly fish" where the roots
had grown too deep. PLEASE PRAY FOR DANA AND HER FAMILY.
