As I am looking back through several posts about Rangers vs. Youth, I
noticed the various "players" in this "drama". The main ones: Youth PASTOR,
Senior PASTOR, Royal Ranger COMMANDER.

Did you see the words in capital letters? Pastor, Pastor, Commander.

What is the primary job of a Pastor? What is the primary job of a
Commander?

Answer - to win souls into the Kingdom of God and spread the Gospel.

How can we have the same job and be working against each other?

Does anyone else see the problem here?

The Bible says : "If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom
cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot
stand." (Mark 3:24-25)

I plan to meet with our youth pastor next week to try and STOP this
struggle. There has to be some way that we can bridge this gap in our
church. We should be able to have an outstanding youth program AND an
outstanding ranger program at the same time.

Your prayers and advice are greatly needed.

Feel free to respond back channel if you wish.
