Greetings All,

I was just doing some web surfing and checking with the local area Chapters
of the Red Cross and found that they offer babysitting courses that people
can get certified in. When I was younger I did a lot of babysitting, but
nothing like this was ever a topic. I know that sometimes, some of us can
feel like our groups are just that, babysitting, and I can relate, but I
wanted to share about this course because this is something that can be put
on a resume and be used to help build references. For the guys, babysitting
probably isn't all that cool, but when you come down to it, these are skills
that guys would eventually need anyway if they were to have kids of their
own. I'm sure the girls would have a different take on this but, If I were a
parent, and I'm not one yet, I would feel better knowing that the sitter is
certified by the Red Cross and would know what to do if something was to
happen than having a sitter who didn't really have too much experience.
Consult with your local chapter today. Remember Standard First Aid/Basic CPR
is always a plus. Click the Hyperlink to the<A

please consult your local phone book.

God Bless,
