Have you ever explained the patrol system and lectured on the chain of
command,
separated into "patrols" and assigned a "task" and it seemed as you left
that night
you asked "what happened" and it seemed things were worse than before?

*I have<G> ..and I know you have as well!

*Mayby it's time to grab the BULL by the tail and *yank!
-----------------------------------------------------------

Football Coach Bear Byant had a slogan: "Cause something to happen!"

We can use this effectively in teaching leadership teamwork and the
patrol method. If you are in 'charge" determine what needs to happen,
and set about to accomplish that.

*If you are hungry for the "perfect outpost" there is no doubt that you
will feel frustration! *Speak about your feelings to those that can do
something about it, and then propose positive changes.. Let the
listener-
come to agreement about the general direction you want the Outpost to
go..

*Then ...CAUSE SOMETHING TO HAPPEN!

Hear me- *Not to decide- is a DECISION! If nothing constructive is done-

then it follows that something NEGATIVE will most likely happen! We are

to become READY for anything.. and that implies action!

There are four (4) "bodies" in every group of Rangers!
*EVERBODY-
*SOMEBODY-
*ANYBODY-
*NOBODY-

*When Commander asks for something to happen, he says "anybody can do
it!"

EVERYBODY thought SOMEBODY would... but NOBODY did!

*then.. *someboby decided that since *anybody could do it, but *nobody
did..
"somebody should" and so he volunteered!

When *everybody saw *SOMEBODY doing what *anybody could...
*Everybody gladly lent a hand...and soon the job was done!

Be *SOMEBODY!
Do something!
