*Knowing and useing your natural resources-

*Often times we come to the job of Commander thinking our resources are
thick and plentyfull as smiles on faces at a Pioneer pizza party!
*Shortly-
we find they have shrivled to the thinness of the wallet in our hip
pocket!

*That's where we use our natural abilities to access resources untapped
from
the apparent and the un-seen forces that abundently surround us<G>

*When we see ourselves as the center of the Leadership team it can drain
our
pockets and lives of the spark needed to *Make something happen! *But
if we beleve in "others" that come for "something"... we will see that
among
our communities of good will are things, supplies and funding to send a
rocket to the moon!

Leadership is "raiseing the Morale" of your group to percieve these
resources,
and might start with a practical question and time of "goal setting"

1. What do we want to do?
2.How would that best happen?
3.what do we need to aquire as resouces?
4decision and planning..
5. Do it<G>

*Usually- the greater resources can be accessed by a form called
"Resource
Questionnaire" and gives the parents a way to contribute to the
betterment
of their son.. and that is worth the effort!

The boys often are "poverty struck" with thinking that "money" is what
solves
problems and sends the outpost to camp... *It can be revolutionary to
boys
to find that by makeing a product and selling it or doing a service they
might
*work... and gain two or three fold from the experiance..

Work liberates poverty<G>
Work lubricates friendships...
Work builds teamwork and raises "Morale"

*Other resources come from the good will of the "extended families" in
touch
and supportive of your Royal Ranger outpost.. Uncles-Aunts ...Grandpa
and
his "buddy" who has the local bake shop with dontaed buns to go with the

discounted pop and burgers from the Men's ministry....

*All of this takes TIME to sort out, and line up-

*But don't you LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGATHER!<G>

(*comming soon- Planning!)
