All, Let's do some number crunching. Let's say your church has 200 - 300 men. Think about something. Of that number how many of the men are Senior Citzens? Of that 200 - 300 how many of the men can't do Rangers because of work, ect.? Of the 200 - 300 how many simply don't have the calling? I could on but I think you see the point.
