Hi all,

In my humble opinion just because these men do not have the "right stuff" (I guess that means to be hard core Ranger leaders) does not mean they cannot be used to further the Kingdom of God with Rangers as it's vehicle. There are many ways we can get the men of our church to be a help to our Ranger ministry. Most men have a hobby that they would love to share in a class time. Service takes many shapes and forms.

Also, do not count out the Senior citizens of your church. They are a wealth of knowledge and experience. Plus they make up some of the strongest Prayer Warriors in the church. Tap into this power. Have them specifically pray for the Ranger/Missionette/Childrens/Youth ministries in your church. Wow, what power.

If you are concerned about a lack of leadership in your outpost, then hit your knees, in the privacy of your prayer closet, and pray without ceasing. And furthermore, pray about changes in hearts in regards to Ranger male/female leadership.

Taking the higher ground for Jesus,

Subject: [RR] # crunch

All,
Let's do some number crunching.
Let's say your church has 200 - 300 men.
Think about something. Of that number how many of the men are Senior Citzens? Of that 200 - 300 how many of the men can't do Rangers because of work, ect.?
Of the 200 - 300 how many simply don't have the calling?
I could on but I think you see the point.
Just because a church has 200 - 300 men doesn't mean they all have "The Right Stuff" to become a commander.
