Your perception of a kangroo court is correct.

I personally would advise against doing this at an FCF event.  Although not 
as extreme, it sounds like the way FCF greenhorns were treated when FCF was 
a fraternity.  Some people might perceive this kangroo court as a form of 
hazing.

Again, this is my personal opinion... You know your people and FCF chapter 
better than me.
