Please don't take this as flames, because what I speak here is the truth.
Sure, there are alot of commanders boys that earn the GMA. I also think a
majorty of commander boys earn it, because "Dad, wanted me to" and not
because
they wanted to. Instead of supporting there son, they say "You have to".
Making earning the GMA a burden rather then a goal. That's reason why some
commanders boys earns the GMA, quits Rangers and goes to Youth.
It should be left up to the boy to earn the GMA, and not dear old dad or
Commander Bob to force him along.
Prove me wrong.
