[RR] re:GMA

I personally want to thank you all for your comments about the GMA.  They 
have helped change my perspective of it, even though there some I didn't 
agree with.  I for one have learned quite a few things from this thread.  I 
haven't had any AST's in my outpost, and I didn't know about the changes.
