Everyone has their own level of commitment. A good steward is one who
does what he does with what God has given him. Some will do more some
will do less... The parable of the talents is here.

God is only asking us to give what he has called us to give. I work on
Rangers stuff every day. I also would be in that 100% ranger catagory.
However, praise God not all are like me. Some only help out on Wednesday
nights to keep order. We as Rangers need everyone to do their part. The
main thing is to appreciate and love everyone for what they do not for
what they do not do.

I would admit as Sr. Commander of a 90 soul outpost. It is nice to have
24 leaders helping out and making the prograrm/ministry work. Each do
their part and that is what makes it work with God's Blessing. I have
found this to be a truth that will lead to success. When a leader comes
in let them fill the niche they are happy with. Some will only tab
Bibles others will be like your right hand and will never miss a campout
or outting. Everyone is important. (The guys who go on the campouts
with me are dear to my heart as they truly are on the front line and this
is where Rangers differs from Sunday School) never the less ALL ARE
IMPORTANT.

I have commanders who do nothing but order procurement items... awards,
pins, etc.
I have commanders who only show on Wednesday nights.
I have commanders who will purchase all the food and items needed for a
Campout and have it in coolers ready to go.
I have commanders who make it point to showup and haul us down to Pow Wow
and setup.

Every one is a God send in their time and a blessing. Tell them you
appreciate them and recognize them publicly.

I love you guys and gals. Keep up the good fight.
