Several Outposts in the Southern California District have authorized their
leaders to wear the brown campaign hat. There is one Section in our District
that has made the brown campaign hats available to its staff members.

A Royal Rangers tie-tac would be appropriate for a hat emblem - as would
hat-band cords. I would, however, exercise caution in the selection of
colors for the use of the hat-band cords. You're probably safe using brown.
The blue, gold and black, and gold hat-band cords signify varying degrees of
leadership positions for NTC, ANTC, WNTC, etc. staff members.

Hope this helps!

None of us know it all. That's why erasers on placed on top of pencils!
