Bob you are right, because the knife and ax course teaches the rules of Common
Sense, Safety, and Courtesy.
At our post we would having taken the knife and given it to the parents and
cut one edge of his card. If has no card his parents would have been told when
we would be teaching the class. Than ask the parents not to let the young man
have the loot back till he went through the class.
