Thanks for covering my backside :-)
See, I have this so in place that I do not even think of otherwise when
discussing the subject. All of my Rangers understand from the get go
that improper use of tools, etc. will cost them the use of said tool by
turning it over to a commander. For those who are new I give them grace
and one warning. Usually doesn't take a second infraction to get the
point across.
Thanks again for bringing up this valuable point. Got to have integrity
in all our dealings with the Rangers under our respnsibility.
