This is my Solution.
John takes Tom acrossed piggy back style and Billy takes Abraham acrossed
piggy back style.
There are four boys on the bridge but because two are piggy back style only
two are on the bridge. The lead boy John, would carry the lantern
acrossed.
Doing this way it will take three minutes to cross the bridge with time to
spare.
