Forgive me if I have a wry smile after reading this message. As a European,
I would love to be paying the prices you pay in the USA. A gallon of petrol
in England works out at approximately $4.50.Also there is an opinion
outside of the US that Americans are too profligate with fuel and ought to
be preserving a scarce resource.
