Rob I was reading in the Royal Rangers Leaders Manual and it states to
attend a NTC camp you have to be a Pioneer or older commander. This was
news to me but its in black and white. Any ideas on this?
Page 353 in the New Leaders Manual. Found it today while looking over
firecraft.
Anybody else in Rangernet have a idea on this? Why?
