How many times though does the local church suffer because the "Church of
the Air" guilt-trips people into supporting their humanistic grandiose plans?

Don't get me wrong, not all TV preachers are that way. But when the
begging/pleading gets in the way of the Message, there is a problem. For
example, tune into Jerry Falwell's program and out of each hour of
broadcast, how much is devoted to money and not Message? At times there
isn't even a Message of any kind because his school needs more sponsors.
Very sad, indeed. At one time, he was actually a good preacher.

On TBN, they might beg-a-thon you teeth out, and they waste a lot of money,
but at least there is a message.
