I've just got word concerning a friend from Singapore who is a member of the church I attend.  I do ask if you could indeed uphold him in prayer.
One of our pastors have sent this information so you could be specific with your prayers.

Thank you & God bless.

May I request you to pray for Bro.Terry Ho who is a member of our church - Emmanuel Assemby of God in Singapore.  About a month ago, he was struck down with a severe viral infection that attacked his legs that was complicated by liver disease resulting in blood poisoning and subsequent gangrene in both legs. He was in the hospital's intensive care unit and was hovering between life and death when God intervened in answer to the cry of His people on behalf of Terry and delivered him. Meanwhile, the viral infection in the gangrenous legs threatened to spread to the rest of the body prompting his doctors to advise an above-knee amputation of the left leg and possibly amputation of the right leg also. But medically and humanly speaking it's not a win-win situation because of the high risk factor posed by his diseased liver.  Terry did not consent to amputation believing God to heal him.  Praise God another surgeon, a respected professor from another hospital, recommended scraping off the dead cells which was taken on by Terry's surgeon.

Terry had that procedure done on 30 May but his condition is still critical: his blood pressure and haemoglobin count are low, there're of signs of shut-down of the liver and the kidneys and risk of increased infection.

Please pray:
1. God to heal him completely and he will walk out of the hospital on his own two legs.
2. Pray Ezekiel 37:5 for new cells, new flesh, new skin, new life, new liver!
3. Pray for the salvation of his mother, four sisters, their spouses, and a brother. The eldest sister has just professed faith. They had seen the power and love of God in response to the prayer of faith.

His family and ourselves here in Emmanuel covet your prayers on his behalf. Please pass this request to prayer groups, prayer chains, church member etc.and send this email to as many people as possible.

Thank you for your partnership in prayer,
Yip Khoon Mei (Assistant Pastor, EAG)
