Perhaps it is because I am from a different culture (or should
I say from a culture <g>) or it could just be my age but there was another
point I picked up on in this article. Who on earth buys a bra for an 8 year old
girl? Surely she cannot need it? There are very few 11 year olds in England who
would actually need one either. How about encouraging our children to grow up
more slowly? Just my 2d's worth.

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) - A 10-year-old boy has been charged with assault for allegedly snapping girls' bras. The Pittsville Elementary pupil, who was not identified, was accused of assaulting five girls, ages 8 to 11, earlier this month. He was suspended from school for three days and from a county-run, after-school program. The boy was charged with four counts of assault for allegedly snapping girls' bras and one count of sex offense for allegedly touching a girl's buttocks.....I think this is over doing it a bit. Ok the child definitely needs counseling, so as to understand it isnt proper to do such things and to determine if any psychological problems exist. Whats next, short term prison sentences?
