*I don't back that as Gospel... as we may see that the "requirements" are
in need of changeing to a better suted need in the boys of 1999. Some of
our Ranger teaching is hard to justify....

Thanks for your Opinion!
I agree so much I tried useing the Patrol method in Pioneers and had to
tell them what to do each and every week<G> Cdr.Johnnie had some excellent
ideas that he borrowed from other groups, however the successfull
application is better suited for an older group who desire a
self-government..  Pioneers are too young<G>
