All,
I've been thinking about the Rangers and youth topic
and belive I may have a soultion. What would happen,
if you requested that age to start youth be moved from
12 to 13 1/2 or 14 years or age?
IF this happened, it would give a Ranger two years as Trailblazer.
This should be plenty of time to complete the GMA if he started on
it as a Pioneer and completed most of the merits. It would also
give him a chance to join the FCF if he wanted to join.
Just a thought.
