Tim, I agree whole heartedly with you on this. The boys need to be
together on Wed. Nights. We are having a Merit Workshop the first Sunday
afternoon of the month between services. I know the GMA is a hard thing
to achieve unless one puts their noise to the grind stone and strives to
reach it. We have 4 young men that are working towards it right now. 3
Challengers and 1 Trailblaizer.
Once in a while I see the Challengers Commander pull in the Trailblaizer
to get a update on the GMA progress. This is the exception not the rule.
Take your post to the Sr. Commander and the Outpost Council and see what
can be done to get back in balance.
Sometimes things run off balance for a while and with prayer and patience
and sticking to the RR Leaders manual things come back full circle again.
I know these commanders are doing what they think is right. So exercise
great patience.
