I called them Ranger Bucks. How I would have this set up is so that
they could get Ranger related items. I'm not bribing them, I'm giving them
an incentive.
To me it's like paying them for a service. The service that
they provide is good behavior. The more Ranger Bucks they earn the more
nice
things I'll order for them on my next order to GPH.

I understand what you are planning Mike. I am not teaching them to be
materialistic either, but the fact of the matter is the Ranger catalog leaves
a lot to be desired. Have you seen the Boy Scout catalog? Ranger Bucks
would work very well with that. For the Ranger of the Year award, we take
them to Wal-Mart to pick $20 of camping/outdoor stuff.
