Im a little late into the conversation but I did talk with our Division
Commander this week about some of this. He added one thing that really makes
sense. Commander Marriott does not like to have things half baked so to
speak. When something new is introduced he wants it completely thought out
and all of the right things in place. Some people call it covering all
bases. In the past many new things have been introduced but failed due to
improper planning. Richard wants it right and every thing in place. That way
it works better and in the long run everyone is happy. Give him support and
prayers and time and lets see what happens.
