Intresting You should say some boys call you commander at some Outposts and others call you by your first name. I think sime of the boys in my outpsot think my first name is Commander and my last name is Randy.

we still "reach, teach, and keep boys for Jesus Christ".I have been in the big Ranger groups where when I said "I need this for
Rangers...", the pastor took out the checkbook and it was done. I have also
been in the outposts where there had to be a fundraiser just to get boys to
pinewood derby.I have been in the outposts that do 20 or more activities a year and the
ones that go camping once or twice.I have seen the churches where boys called the leaders Commander at church
and in public. I have also been in the churches where the boys call the
