Dear Randall,   I am sorry if I have missed your letter somehow. Maybe I was in my trip, and then didn't check all mail carefully. Yes, there are Royal Rangers Outposts here in Russia. We've started in 1997, and now Russia has 6 outpost in 6 different cities, some are even away in Siberia (Like 5,500 km from Moscow). Russia is toooo big. And we have some more to go.   This ministry has really blessed me. It's like a new page of my life. I don't even say about children. Of course, there's a lot growing up ahead of us. But I like my outpost, I like team of people I work with. So we are BLESSED.   It's now better in Russia then it was before about freedom of religion. But you know, we don't have to relax. Last year they introduced a new Law of Religious Freedom etc. And what they do, they are trying to close opportunities to preach the Gospel to children, in the schools, and other institutions. Trying to prevent churches from registration, and therefore from legal foundation... It is hard now to get permission to take children to the backpacking trip... So you know, we just have to stand firm, and pray to God. He will be exalted anyway. No matter what the world is trying to do. At this point I can say only Halleluiah!   I've heard some about Russian colonels being in America a while ago. That's very interesting. God has His own ways. And He works always better and higher that we expect or even think possible :-)))   Yes, I would love to converse with you.
