Anybody has any idea how the new programs will affect the royal rangers from
other countries like for instance Malaysia....some of these programs are
really foreign to our ears...will this mean there will not be a standard of
advancements all over....

Commander Marriott told me that he'd be happy to attend the Commanders
Conference in New Hampshire (if there is such a thing).

Once again, legal fears prevent good communication. The nearest
conference to me in NH is 10 HOURS AWAY! I would be more than
happy to arrange a local forum if an appropriately blessed individual
