I don't think there is a standard of advancements all over. German
trailblazer and especially trailranger advancements have been changed in the
early nineties (trailrangers were recently reformed again).
On Eurocamp me and my brother who is in Belgium's Royal Explorers were
talking to an british commander (the only one who was there on the
"pre"-camp, sorry don't remember his name). He told us the British wanted to
change to a circular advancement system and had already contacted Rob Hoggs
from Royal Explorers (Ntl.Cmdr Belgium) who are doing this already. But on
this task you should maybe ask Brian?
