In my humble opinion, I don't think it will catch on anytime soon in other 
countries other than the US.  Many of the other countries still use the AST 
part of the program still, and Challengers never caught on there yet. So with 
all of the new changes and all many of the other countries are not yet able 
to operate on the same level as the US is yet.  As I see it the tire wasn't 
popped, so don't pop it, it was a little low on air and needed some more air, 
not an attempt to re invent the wheel. It needed to be updated, but not 
overhauled.  Changing the names of all of the age groups, I'm sorry, it is a 
complete overhaul.  My opinion.
