You can't generally say that girls don't like camping. Okay I do also know
some who don't but our experience here in Germany is, that most of them do
like it. For example in our trailblazer's outpost two thirds of the members
are girls.

I think this should be no problem with Straight Arrows, Buckaroos and even
Pioneers. It will appear to be a problem with trailblazers and trailrangers.
This is why we do have separate patrols for boys and girls in Pioneers,
Trailblazers and Trailrangers, but not in Buckaroos here in Germany. And as
my Sr.Cmdr would say, the boys (and girls) should learn to have a "normal"
relationship to the other gender.

could have different training also.

Yes, keep them separate but within one outpost. From what do you want to
