girls do not belong together. My husband and I both believe that youth
groups are one of the worst places for raging teen hormones to be
although we realize a lot of parents feel they're "safe". I also agree
with you that the genders should be separated so that the focus is on
Jesus and His Saving Grace and not the "cutey" sitting nearby.
I'm am, however, not saying that girls should not do some of things the
boys do. My daughter has asked me to help her friends group plan a
camping trip so they earn their camping merit badge and I think this is
fine. I've agreed to do that. I also plan on sharing some things with
the girls that I couldn't/shouldn't bring up if boys were there as well.
