Here is what we did to raise fund for the coming Malaysia Camporama.
We had a sale of cakes, biscuits and cards after the Sunday service for 5 weeks.
Don't get all the cakes in at the same time, spread them to different week. Set
up a counter outsite the hall. Our church members like cheese cakes, so we baked
a number of cheese cake, and furthermore make good quality cheese cake, people
are willing to pay for it. Also, my wife made some cards for sale, but making the
cards take time and effort. She used wrapping paper that has a lot of same
pictures, then she cut them out, and used some glue to make them 3D like.
We had the sale for 5 Sundays, and we managed to raised RM 1500, about US $400.
