All,
Lets share your fund raiser ideas so churches like Iron Mikes can get
these ideas and use what is best fore them.
Our Royal Ranger Outpost does a chili cookoff the men of the church get
together and make chili then we sell tickets and get women to make desserts
and carrot sticks and celery sticks.
We also have a fish fry every year, have the men fish and freeze the fish
for the Royal Rangers (we have a fish farm donate catfish to us). We get
outside donations for the sides KFC for cole slaw, Hardee's for french fries,
Long John Silver's for hushpuppies, and the women make desserts again. We
sell tickets for this one also.
We also usher for the collage football games and donate the earning to
the Royal Rangers this one really pays good.
We have also done pancake breakfasts with sausage and fruit juices.
Really cheap to do this one.
All of these fund raisers have brought in really good funds.
