*I'm big on what you are saying here because I know- that I KNOW what
the boys want..

They want to "own" something and "build their world"
They are not yet able to fully impliment their 'world but they are headed
there quick!<G>
,and we have a opportunity now to shape that "world" of the future... by
building
"bridges".


*Think about the fundimental building blocks of Character and virtue..not
of  just the words but the nature of the "meaning" and the call to raise the
standard...

Then teach the process that will lead a young man in that path to sucess...
Jesus showed the way, and left us the Holy Spirit to comfort  and guide us.


*Our tools are in our hands- the boys them selves!

We don't need video-
We don't need 'theams...
We just need to become *polite-*kind and *Thoughtfull!

What we need is to work togather and by the abrasiveness of our interaction
we
smooth our presentation and build a team of young leaders!
