1.  The vests received little support at National Council.  The
    prsentation now includes an alternative that is a bunch of
    ribbons worn over the left pocket as usual.  The ribbons are
    the color of the merit border (which now has a specific meaning)
    and a numeral is worn to denote how many have been earned.
    This was added since National Council and is in the presentation
    shown by Mike Laliberty on April 8 at the NNED District Wide
    Commanders Meeting.  This version may not yet be on the web.

2.  Odd.  Screen 4 states in point 3 states: "The outdoor theme will
    remain a strong emphasis, but the curriculum will be broadened
    to include a variety of other subjects."  How one earth do you
    understand this to mean, "Royal Rangers without camping"?
