I had made a comment about a week ago to y husband how if you lok at the
emblem it has the appearance of a compass. Then when you add the meaning
behind the points you know it is a compass, as each point is a point of
direction.
So last night he gave a devotion on this to our new outpost.
Also he has been teaching on Amos for two weeks on chapter one verse one the
herdman from Tacoa (sp?). The first week was on how Amos was a "pioneer" and
this week on how the first two blue points were embodied by Amos. He was
Alert. Chris asked the boys what he would have to be alert for mentally
spiritually etc. The boys had some really good answers.
Our new boys seem very receptive. We are excited and continually try to
think of how to get up to speed.
