Did you know that discipline and disciple have the same latin wordstem?
'Disciplina' can mean lessons,SCHOOL,knowledge,formation,education,order or
DISCIPLINE. 'Discipulus'/'discipula' means PUPIL (someone in 'disciplina').
Interesting thought. It's not a long way from discipleship to discipline.
