*This is used for situations where "mostly" Commanders son wants to stick with the
Rangers while an
active Trailblazer-Ranger isn't running...

Again I see the word "Leadership" and it never get's implimented beyond being
"Commanders Junior assistant"

*In my "perfect outpost" *where dreams come true!<G>

The Junior Guide would *explain the patrol system and work to build transitions to the
older group
from the younger groups, with the goal of easeing the stress in a "Top-Hand" being
the smallest
lowest Pioneer! *We "use" Rank advancement as an indicator of Leadership ability-
*but in
truth a real boy leader would have a specific task to accomplish, and he would recieve
"credit"
for his service with the Junior leader medal ect.

His "task" would be as I said to *Build Bridges and raise the "MORALE" and prepare the
new
"cross-overs" for a quick start jump on the trail to the GMA! *That would "raise the
standard"
of the entire Outpost and make Sr.Guides job easier.. *It's his Outpost anyway,
isn't it?<G>

Yea- I agree in princeipal..... *If JLTC is in fact a training for Junior Leaders,
and not a "junior NTC"
my Sr.Guide returned with camo-bdu's sunglasses and dripping *attitude! He had the
bark and the bite
of a "drill instructor" ...something un-needed to Reach-Teach- and Keep boys for
Christ!

All this should be "outcome tested" meaning if we say it is so- in "most cases" it is!

Thanks Zerb!
