Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, and when He came, people thought the believers were drunk.
If they thought they were drunk, chances are that they were acting drunk. Paul tells
us not to be drunk with wine, but to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:13-20; Ephesians 5:18-21

Yes, we are to do things decently and in order, but be careful what you call out of
order. Some would say that ANY manifestation of the presence of the Holy Spirit is not
orderly and would quickly quench the Holy Spirit. There is a middle road of balance to
seek, here.

I've never been drunk with alcohol, but I've been "drunk" in the Holy Spirit. I could
"sober up" with an act of my will and drive whenever I needed to. Some may not want
to. That is OK, sometimes. My experience has been that when God does that, good things
happen: healing, deliverance, increased love, boldness in Jesus Christ, and things
that bring glory to God. On the other hand, if what is happening is fake or driven by
some other spirit, then the fruit will not be so good.

Today, in church, many people got "drunk in the Spirit" in Children's church, and
everyone they touched got healed of whatever they had need of healing for. One guy
lost the pain behind his eye. One lady had her scoliosis of the spine healed. Much
more went on. I prophesied to a little girl. All of this was decent and in order, but
I'm sure it would have offended some religious people who would see it as "disorderly"
because it is different and more of a celebration than the average Children's church
service. So what? God got glory, people were healed, we had great joy, and it really
was decent and in order (even if it was really different). I'll take the healing, joy,
and sincerity of such alleged disorder any day.

Let grace abound.
