Hello Yall,
I think Powerpoint is great. Video and sound effects are great. Problem is
not everybody has fast connection. Us guys in Russia have 33000 at the best.
For them many of such materials will be hard to access. So I am for the
balance. Or make 2 versions, presentation and economy version. So everybody
could benefit.
Suggestion on themes.
--Patrol spirit. How to organize patrol in simple steps. I know, there were
excellent posts in Rangernet about it. A#1 got excellent materials. But not
everybody got it all. And if we try to organize it a little better ... Why
Knot?
--How to do camps. Do we need'em? What to do in them. Schedule... You know,
You just started your outpost and have no clue what to do. That kind of
thing.
--Boys-girls relationships. Sex items. How to do them. How to solve
problems... (Oh, that might be too hard. Too contraversial, especially with
America - East difference. But may be you can find guys wise man who can try
do it in balance)
--Good Games. Camping games. If we have Devotions theme in here, why not
have games? Maybe make it kinda like message board, where everybody can
throw a game, make additions, versions, corrections to other... Maybe good
idea to make a message board for devotions too.
No more ideas right now
My 2 cents for this great conference

Christ!

>2. Who is this training being aimed at?

>The training is aimed at the commander and the boys. Yes, we want to get
>the commanders excited, but we also want to give them something that they
>can give to their boys. Many of the topics will deal with being a
>commander, but I feel that we need to include some classes that will teach
