Keith,
Let me get behind your Sr. Commander and urge you to go
through LTC. This course will show you how the Royal
Rangers program is supposed to work, and how you, as a
Councilman, fit in. If your pastor hasn't taken the
course, then encourage him to join you; he is an ex-officio
Councilman as well.
The course is usually taught by the Sectional Commander,
often assisted by Sectional Staff members. Check with your
Sectional Commander or Sr. Commander. There is also, if
your section is willing to use it, a reduced version of the
course for Councilmen & Pastors. If you don't know who
your Sectional Commander is, a list can be found on the
District web page (www.csonline.net/pdrangers).
