Commander Patrol?
I call it "Staff Meeting" ... :-)
Prayer as a group does wonders in getting the staff in line with one mind.
Without Prayer as your foundation, all meetings are merely meetings. Prayer
makes it a bonding session.
Those commanders who fail to pray together, fail to remain on staff.... they
managed to "feel uncomfortable" and leave on their own. God's way of
cleaning house.

Hmm,
I've thought about having a commander patrol as separate
from the boys, but hadn't implemented it yet. Thanks for
the encouragement to bring it up again. I don't know about
the practice problems, but getting the commanders to work
together and talk things over would be a help.
