It's where you have the boy lay on his back with hands and feet straight up
in the air...
no sound... (dead cockroaches don't speak).
After a tad, the boys try to out-do each other with their stamina, seeing
how long they can keep those arms and legs up... mostly, it just helps to
unwind them and listen better.... cuz after they do it long enough... it
ain't fun no more... hehe.
Ofcourse, it often backfires into a Dead Cockroach contest (especially the
first few times you use it)... but once and a
while, a break like that is warranted too. :-)
